Early-access privacy notice

This notice covers daletlabs.com and its early-access form. The app has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Your first name, last name and email address.
• A one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, used only to stop automated sign-ups. We never store the IP address itself.
• Campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and the site that referred you, if any.
• For each page you open: the page, your approximate location (country and city, looked up from your IP address), your device, browser and language, under an ID that changes every day. If you sign up, that day's visit is linked to your sign-up.
• On a shop page (a scene, the bag and checkout): what you open, tap and add, which parts of the page you scroll to and for how long, and how checkout went, under the same daily ID. We never record what you type into a form.

Why

To send you one confirmation email, to invite you to the beta through Apple's TestFlight, and to keep the form free of spam. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

The form is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which also sends the confirmation email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is filled in by a person. When we invite you, your name and email are shared with Apple to deliver the TestFlight invitation.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access program ends, or until you ask us to delete it. Records of page visits are deleted after 90 days; we keep only daily totals, which can't be linked to anyone.
